Concrete Pour – Monday, 1 December 2025
Please be advised that the concrete pour for Basement 3 Slab will take place on Monday, 1 December 2025. Works will commence at 6:00am and are expected to be completed by 8:00pm.
Due to the scale of the concrete pour and the number of concrete trucks required, one lane at Larkin Lane will remain operational throughout the works. Traffic flow will be managed by our traffic controllers, and short intermittent delays may occur as trucks enter and exit the lane. Please refer to the attached Traffic Management Plan for further details. Our traffic controllers and site staff will be on hand throughout the day to ensure safe and efficient operations, and every effort will be made to minimise noise and disruption.
Notification of these works has been provided to Council and the local Rangers. Should you have any questions or concerns, we are more than happy to assist. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete these important works.
